This policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms according to which IVBAM – whose identity and contact details are available at the end of this Policy – processes any personal data that it collects from you or that is provided to us when you use the Madeira Rum website, the time and purpose for the collection, the form of use, the conditions under which we may disclose it to third parties and how we keep it safe.
Please read it carefully in order to understand our practices.

Any information provided by a user – even by email – is treated with respect for the legal principles and duties that govern and protect the personal data of any data subject. The data collected is used to establish a relationship with the user, answering their questions or other requests submitted.
The information collected will be used exclusively by IVBAM, allowing access to authorities or entities empowered to intervene in this area or for the public purposes for which they are intended (e.g. disclosure to economic agents).
As an integral part of the Site, there are links to third party sites (i.e. sites owned by entities or companies other than IVBAM) that we think may contain useful information. This privacy policy does not apply to these sites. If you want to get information about them, you should contact them directly.
