Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since May 25, 2018 in the European Union. IVBAM services are committed to processing your data in a fair and transparent manner, guaranteeing confidentiality and security regarding the information requested and ensuring that they will only be used for the purposes expressly indicated and authorized.

Collection and processing of personal data

Madeira Rum website collects the strictly necessary and relevant information for the purpose for which it is intended.

In compliance with the legal obligation to guarantee the security of information systems, provided for in paragraph 1 of article 32 of the GDPR, the Regional Directorate of Informatics processes personal data based on paragraph c) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the same law (fulfillment of a legal obligation). It collects the following data from visitors to its website: date and time of consultation, IP address (Internet Protocol), type of browser used by the visitor and the pages accessed. These data are kept for a maximum period of 90 days. The personal data collected are not subject to any analysis, unless there are possible security incidents, in which case, after analysis, communicated to the competent authorities.

Madeira Rum website does not collect personal information through contact forms or ask its users to register.
