Madeira Rum must be stored vertically, to avoid the degradation of stoppers, in a dark and dry place, protected from sunlight and heat, at a recommended temperature between 12º and 14º C.  

The relative humidity of the place must be between 60% and 80%, to avoid both the deterioration of the stoppers and labels, as well as the appearance of fungi.
