William Hinton - Madeirinha

Recipe: Engenho Novo
It is nothing more than the re-creation of the Brazilian Caipirinha with the closest relative of the Brazilian Cachaça, Madeira Rum, as both are distilled spirits distilled from sugar cane juice.


4cl William Hinton Original Rum
1 sliced lime
20g sugar


1- Place a cored lime in the shaker;
2- Add 20g of sugar and slightly crush to release the juice and oils;
3- Pour in 4cl of William Hinton Original Rum;
4- Fill the shaker to the top with ice;
5- Cover the shaker, shake and pour into the glass!
