Passion Fruit Mojito – Recipe from “Engenho Novo da Madeira” (William Hinton Rum)


4cl “William Hinton White Rum”;
Half a slice of lime;
20g sugar;
7 mint leaves;
Pulp of 2 passion fruits;
Sparkling water;


Place half a wedged lime in a shaker, add 20g sugar and gently crush to release the juice and oils, add the pulp of 2 passion fruits and 4cl of “William Hinton White Rum”, stir well with a spoon and strain into a glass, add 7 mint leaves and ice, fill with sparkling water and mix again.
